Warwick Group, Inc. is a private equity firm specializing in the acquisition and recapitalization of profitable businesses with revenues up to $100 million.

We prefer to purchase established companies with proven records of earnings growth whose senior management team desires to remain active in the business. However, our success in replacing managers who wish to pursue other interests following a transaction's close allows us to consider acquisition of businesses requiring new senior management teams.

Founded in 1970, Warwick has a long history of successful investments. R. Paul Sprague, Warwick's founder and CEO, has personally acquired over 40 companies in a wide range of industries. The basis of the firm's success is the experience of its principals, as well as the uniqueness of its investor base which provides the firm's equity financing.

Warwick's principals have years of hands-on experience in general management, mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, corporate finance, strategic planning and business operations, in a wide variety of industries. Our investor base is comprised primarily of CEOs of the world's best-known and most respected companies. These investor's will frequently take a position on the board of a Warwick portfolio company helping the company build a better business while creating long-term value.

Warwick's investment philosophy is guided by two fundamental tenets:

1. The firm limits resource allocation (e.g. capital, strategic planning) to a small number of investment opportunities. This insures Warwick's responsiveness to the needs of each of the firm's portfolio companies.

2. At Warwick, we maintain the highest ethical standards, and we seek to do business only with those individuals who uphold these same principles.
